General information about webstore
Products in webstore are sold by Loota Music Oy , Business ID FI28099997.
We sell products to adult private people in Finland, EU-countries, non-EU-countiries in Europe and countries outside Europe. Product prices include Finnish VAT 24% (outside EU-countries and to companies with valid VAT-number we sell without VAT). We keep for ourselves the right to change the prices for products and deliveries.
Products are ordered from internet in address http://lootapercussion.vilkasstore.com/ via shopping basket. All orders are confirmed by email, in which you can see the price, delivery costs and products ordered. To get the confirmation we have to get your email address when you are making the order. Client agrees in all orders to engage the valid delivery terms.
We will send the order conformation by email. From the confirmation can be seen the following:
- order number and client numbers
- payment confirmation
- total price
Products and delivery prices are paid after you have have made the order. In our webstore you can pay with Klarna Checkout -payment method.
We deliver products during all working days (Monday-Friday). Normally handling and packing takes about 1-2 working days. Delivery time vary from few days to few weeks depending on the destination country and the delivery mode.
Exceptional delivery times will be informed by email.
Delivery terms and costs
Delivery costs include postal and packing costs. You can see the final delivery costs from the shopping basket. Delivery costs does not include customs duties and taxes which vary widely from country to country. We deliver the orders as parcels which can be followed with the tracking code. We are using PostNord services.
Terms of changes and returns
Client has the right according Finland´s consumer law to change or return the product during 14 days. The right for the return concerns only unused and salable products in their original packages.
Add the following information to the return:
- your client number, name, address and telephone numer with country codes
- your bank account number
- the copy of order confirmation from Loota Music Oy

We are not taking back returns over 14 days from the delivery. When the return has been accepted, the money will be returned directly to your bank account after receiving and handling the product.
Problem situations with deliveries and broken products
In case the product has been damaged during the transportation, the receiver needs to make a claim to the driver or transport company. If the product has been lost during the transportation or customer has got a wrong product, the customer should inform about the mistake immediately to the email address email@example.com or by postal mail address:

The information of the incorrect delivery or broken/wrong product has to be done during 14 days receiving the product. If the parcel has been damaged in post office, customer has to make the claim immediately to the post office.
We keep for ourselves the right to change our delivery and payment terms and prices. The customer has to check the valid terms before making the order.
Loota Music Oy is handling all the client information totally confidentially. Loota Music Oy shall not disclose any information to third parties.
